The 25-Web-Sites Strategy

Is the Equivalent of the Type of
Amplifier Rock Stars are Using to be Heard

and YOU DO WANT TO BE HEARD – Don’t You?

The principle is simple:

Get one lottery ticket and you have one chance to win.

Get 25 lottery tickets and you have 25 times the chance of winning.

Many of you are constantly trying to get 1 or 2 of your web sites to be on the first page of Google and other search engines. Why not have at least 25 sites, and have each one of them come up under different keywords combinations?

And it gets better.

Because if you get 25 web sites instead of one then you not only increase your chance of the grand prize by 25 times but you will have a synergistic and tactical approach to dominating the internet game when it comes to general exposure on the internet.

As the above sentence might indicate there is more – much more — to the fact of having a 25 sites exposure.

Let me point out some of the most important points in the
“getting actual and real business from the web”

Basics:

  1. The first thing you must know that no matter how important the web and all its components are , they are ONLY a communication tool and ALL the other marketing rules still apply – they are in fact amplified by the web which in itself has several sub divisions.
  2. If you do not use the internet with all its force and all its sub divisions to communicate all marketing IN ADDITION to the already established communication channels (such as letters, fax, telephone, flyers and person to person talking etc) then you will probably survive this bad stretch of economy a much damaged and frustrated man – if you survive at all – that is. And Structural:
  3. First you must be seen – which means shown by Google – this can and will only happen if and when your info is out there on the web in the numbers reaching thousands – yes, your data (mainly through videos)needs to be found 5000 – 10,000 times on the web in order to start having a chance to being able to “control” to a degree the visibility of your messages. We are NOT talking about your website being seen , we are talking about your data being ON OTHER people’s or companies’ web sites.

When people finally do click on YOUR site, do they convert to actual phone calls or online inquiries? Most of the time, we have seen people landing on a web site but they click off very fast without purchasing or calling. The reason is usually that THEY DO NOT IMMEDIATELY find what they are expecting to find (i.e. whatever keyword they typed in).

  4. This brings us to the point that NO MATTER how beautiful your site is and no matter how well-designed it is — it is usually way too big with too much data and thus too much needing to search for what patients need , and thus those sites DO become rather useless. No good — period. ( You can have a main corporate site with lots of information on it, I have one of those too, but you must also create many small precise and concentrated sites about one topic only with cross links to all your other one topic sites. )
  5. Google will never show a web site more than twice on the 1st page. But if you have 25 sites, then Google does look at them as different sites. Thus your exposure rates goes way up!

The strategy:

  1. Get at least 5000 videos on about 50 different sites in circulation with just about any combination of keywords imaginable for your practice and location. ( Speak to us about how to do this with automation http://GetPatientsTomorrow.com/internet.html )
  2. Create 25 (at least ) web sites which are one-topic sites. If you are a dentist, you could have the topics of root canal, or cleaning, or deep scale cleaning, or veneers, or lumineers or periodontal disease etc but they are all different sites.
  3. The web sites then must have a domain name such as DentalImplantsLosAngeles.com The title should be coinciding with the keywords (topic + city name etc) which your prospects are searching for.
  4. One can always find the exact domain name of the exact procedure with the city name – it is never ever taken in some form. You just got to be imaginative and also use Google keyword search tool, which is free. As said, you want 25 sites – if not 50.
  5. The site then must be having at least one video on it and super importantly the site contents must be updated about once a week.Google will never place a site that has not been updated regularly in high ranking positions. Most site owners fall down on this step: no time and not enough contents to update their own site. They have usually spent quite some money in Search Engine Optimization and the site might reach top positions in ranking initially but afterwards, due to lack of updates, the site eventually falls in position. This is flushing money down the toilet – having a nice site but no regular updates to keep it up.
  6. Each one-topic site must be linked to all your other sites and of course to your main site.
  7. Your twitter, facebook and/or any other social sites you might be using must also show constant updates. (Check with us with suggestions on how to make this automated.)

Web designing and web hosting companies will continue to tell you that the look and feel of a site, as well as the newest “high-tech programming” such as flash etc is what makes that first impression.

It’s all balderdash, as has been proven by the low return most — if not all – websites bring for dentists and the other private health care practitioners such as podiatrists, optometrists, chiropractors, plastic surgeons and general family doctors!!

Big fancy web sites are OK for showing a corporate image. However, if your visitor’s aim is to get a specific piece on information on a procedure, delaying his finding your information through using fancy home page and flash video intros can make him clicking off your site rather fast.

If you want leads, not just ‘for-show’, you are better off to create smaller one-topic sites that is more to the point of catering to specific needs of your audience and thus can capture leads better.

You also want videos on your site, but more important you want to have many, many other sites with your videos on them and pointing back to your site.

Arrange to have your webmaster update your web sites at least ONCE a week with new contents. Don’t create a stagnant site. (Contact us if you need help with this.)

There IS no bigger and costlier misconception than the one where doctors believe that a professional marketing – be it a web site or a postcard , or a letter etc — has to do with smooth, elegant, not overbearing, subtle colors, and the mention of all the titles one might have.

Maybe it has, but if the ‘looks’ is all you are looking at, you will end up frustrated and confused – why the hell did your marketing not bring you the results you want?

Only considering ‘looks’ of a web site or marketing piece is so devastating to business growth – (and unfortunately 70 % of all doctors DO fall for it) that huge money – and time — are spent unnecessarily and at the end of the day, no results.

There IS no hope for lots of business if that ‘professional look’ is all you consider, and in fact the hope dwindles month by month as the ability to be noticed is becoming more important by the month and as the way to be noticed is also taking on a whole new coat every month.

Let me tell you something, doctors:

Professional means getting the desired or required results in the field you want to be a professional!

A patient comes to you and you need to make him well!! Period! If you do this you ARE a professional doctor! If not, you are not, no matter what your certificate says!

In marketing you need people to knock on your door and requests service, period! If you do this you ARE a professional marketer. If not you are not, no matter what you think!

And here is the bummer or the good news – it all depends on how you look at it:

NEGLECT TO BE AS GOOD AS A PROFESSIONAL IN ADVERTISING and PUBLIC RELATIONS , (which together could be called marketing) AS YOU ARE IN YOUR MEDICAL FIELD AND YOU WILL NEVER EVER SEE THE FRUITS YOUR PROFESSION COULD BRING YOU, NEVER!

Especially for those of you who are finding yourself having little time to do marketing, I created this 25-web strategy to be the next best automated internet service for you.

Take advantage of this service and get it before your competitors in your area stumble upon this idea and create their sites ahead of you.

Let’s increase your web presence by at least 25 times!
