“If everything’s under control, you’re going too slow.”
– MARIO ANDRETTI (Champion Car Racer)
This does not only go for a car racer, but for anything in life.
Think of it this way, if you exercise and do not get sore muscles, you don’t get stronger.
In business, it is the same. If everything is smooth and all is well organized, then you probably are not expanding quite as well as you could.
There really is no way to greatly expand and yet be completely in control. That is utopia, but in the real world it does not happen. One has to get out of one’s comfort zone to achieve new horizons.
Every time you have a new employee, take on a new customer, sell a new product or service line, enter a new market or start a new marketing program, things get a bit disorderly.
If all you want is to be always in complete control and have things in perfect order, you will end up with the most out-of-control, most imperfect life you can imagine.
Most people do not want to start something new as they are not sure it will work.
I do not know where people got the idea that there is such a thing as “surely knowing” or “not making mistakes” or “security.”
I also do not know why people have not yet realized that EVEN “old and proven” things DO go south.
I mean – look at the average dental/medical practice.
What is the trend?
Higher insurance re-imbursements for services rendered?
The patients having more spendable money which they gladly use for services NOT covered by insurances?
Your own overhead – malpractice insurance, rent, employees cost going down?
Less hassle with government regulations?
More freedom in deciding what treatment to administer?
More money with more free time for you to do the things you want?
Don’t let the fear of the unknown in a new venture keep you stuck in a business that most likely has seen its better days and is only getting worse from here on.

Find out how there are currently two economies at play and how one – the one on which most doctors are totally stuck in – has lost just about all its appeal, and how the second one is not only making people rich, but requires little investment and gives the freedom of time and not being stuck at any location, which most people are pursuing but only a few ever achieve!
